Sunshine Sing A Longs!

It’s June already and we are still holding on to hope that this is not our new normal…or at least not forever!

Like everyone else, the scope of what we are normally able to do has been severely impacted by these unprecedented times. Places where we normally meet and gather are closed, and group gatherings are limited. We even had to make the painful decision to postpone and possibly cancel our annual Fun in the Sun for Everyone beach event. But we never stop trying to find a little sunshine in the midst of the storm!

Our stay at home orders were finally lifted (Hooray!) and the always wonderful Mr. Dave missed making music with our adults as much as they missed him so he agreed to facilitate some socially distanced, outdoor sing a longs throughout the month of June!

We weren’t sure what the comfort level would be but were pleasantly surprised to have fantastic turn outs each time!

It was so very refreshing to see one another again, even from 6 feet apart at the park!

We hope that this is a sign of good days to come and that we can keep making music together again soon!
