Red, White and Yellow!

July may be the hottest month in HHI but it is also one of the most fun! The peak of summer when the beaches are full, the watermelons are sweetest and the sunflowers are in full bloom!

This July we had an incredible opportunity to visit a local(ish) farm owned by a dear friend and Pockets supporter.

This gorgeous property was full of fun things and wonders for the Rays to behold and they loved getting a tour and having lunch, but their favorite was certainly the most beautiful field of sunflowers.

These flowers are the precursor to dove season and what a delight it was to behold them in all of their glory.

The Rays picked bouquets bigger than their arms could hold and in true Pockets form we trucked them back home to Branches (our favorite store on the island!) and helped create pretty summer centerpieces!
